Customer + Agent UI/UX

Plum Life is a new, all-digital way to sell insurance. This complex web project was focused on structuring information and user flows, uniquely tailored to specific needs and in a very simplified and friendly manner. Let's start with the customer side of things...

Calming, thoughtful advice

The Plum Life brand leans on comfort and trust. Simple support imagery and ample negative space helped combat the tendency for a website to appear busy and try too hard.

Friendly, snackable content

Keeping content conversational and short was important. Same for breaking out copy with simple containers and colorful support icons.

Agent Portal

On the agent side of things, it got much more complex.

Interactive dashboards, downloads, videos, events, marketing materials, and robust online applications made for some challenging UI/UX work. Figuring out a dynamic sticky sidebar nav, dashboard heirarchies, and extending brand elements were some of highlights in this design project.

Content drill-downs

The Product Center houses volumes of information and we created a product selector, followed by a tabbed submenu to keep it all within view and intuitive.

Dynamic tables

With filtering, sorting, color coding, and multiple jump-off points, this agent control center view was of huge importance.
